These Website Standard Terms and Conditions (these "Terms" or these "Website Standard Terms and Conditions") contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of SnapSelect.in ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this "Website"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

SnapSelect is a photo workflow management platform that connects photographers with their clients. Our Service provides:

  • For Photographers: Tools to upload, organize, and share photo collections with clients
  • For Clients: Interface to view, select, and rate photos from their photography sessions
  • For Administrators: Platform management and oversight capabilities

The platform streamlines the photo selection process, eliminating email chains and enabling photographers to focus editing efforts on client-selected images.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Types

  • Photographer Accounts: Professional photographers who upload and manage photo collections
  • Client Accounts: Individuals who view and select photos from their sessions
  • Administrator Accounts: Platform administrators with management privileges

3.2 Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.3 Account Verification

Photographer accounts may require verification of professional credentials or business registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our Service operates on a per-client session basis with the following plans:

  • Lite: ₹79/client - Up to 100 photos, 7-day selection window
  • Mini: ₹149/client - Up to 200 photos, 14-day selection window
  • Basic: ₹399/client - Up to 500 photos, 30-day selection window
  • Pro: ₹799/client - Up to 800 photos, 45-day selection window
  • Premium: ₹1,499/client - Up to 1,200 photos, 60-day selection window
  • Ultimate: ₹2,999/client - Unlimited photos, 90-day selection window

🔴 CRITICAL: Automatic Content Deletion Policy

Upon plan expiry, an automatic deletion countdown begins:

  • Lite & Mini Plans: 7-day grace period before permanent deletion
  • Basic & Pro Plans: 14-day grace period before permanent deletion
  • Premium & Ultimate Plans: 21-day grace period before permanent deletion

User Responsibilities: Download all important content before plan expiry, renew plans before expiry to prevent automatic deletion, understand that deleted content cannot be recovered after the grace period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership and copyright of any content you upload, including photographs
  • You grant SnapSelect a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service
  • This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account

5.2 Content Standards and Prohibited Content

All uploaded content must:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not contain illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Not violate privacy or publicity rights of any person
  • Not include nudity, violence, or content that could be considered harmful to minors

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Photographer Responsibilities

  • Obtain proper rights and permissions for uploaded photos
  • Ensure client consent for photo sharing
  • Comply with professional photography standards
  • Maintain appropriate client communication
  • Monitor plan expiry dates and take action before automatic deletion
  • Download important content before plan expiry to prevent permanent loss
  • Understand that auto-deleted content cannot be recovered

7. Prohibited Uses and Enforcement

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading content that violates any applicable Indian laws and regulations
  • Sharing content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination
  • Uploading obscene, defamatory, or objectionable content
  • Violating intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks
  • Attempting to breach platform security or engage in any cybercrime activities
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
  • Uploading inappropriate content involving minors
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPSELECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
